To install the files:

picture files get unzipped to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\UserObjects
wall files get unzipped to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Walls
floor files get unzipped to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Floors

Or get the Sims File Maid.
If you drag all the zip files onto the grass,
it will easily install them all at once.
