It's the 24 Game Preview Commercial for your Sims! Just unzip and place in your My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/ Movies/ Broadcast/Commercials Folder (you could also use other folders, such as TVSBN so it shows up more often) CTU Clothes (I know no one in CTU actually wears anything with the CTU logo, but who knows what they wear on days we don't see)
